Our prices are considered as “all inclusive” prices. This means, that all operating costs (electricity, water, etc.) and charges (local tax, etc.) are already included. For our guests, no additional costs will arise for the final cleaning of the apartments or for the satellite TV. Of course, WiFi internet access is also included.

Minimum stay is 5 days. A shorter stay is possible for an additional fee.

In case of a stay of more than two weeks, and also in case of single- or double occupancy of our holiday apartments, we will arrange an individual discount with you.


In agreement with our guests, we usually ask for a deposit of 15% of the entire price of your stay. Considering the terms and conditions mentioned below, this deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation conditions

Our cancellation conditions are guided by the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry:

By no later than 3 months before the arranged arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract, without payment of the cancellation fee, can be terminated through a statement of the guest.

Outside of this period, a resignation through a statement of the guest is only possible by payment of the following cancellation fees: - up to 1 month before the day of arrival, 40% of the entire arranged price; - up to 1 week before the day of arrival, 70% of the entire arranged price; - in the last week before the day of arrival, 90% of the entire arranged price;
